The rest: TERRIBLE drivers who are constantly lost, do not know the roads + constant violation of traffic rules, getting into an accident. Many hours were healed because of them. I ordered a tour in March 2018 for June 15, in March TK Welt tour was confirmed and I paid 100% of the cost. And in May I was informed that the hotel does not confirm the number. Shock! As it is, everything has already been agreed and paid for. It immediately became clear that the manager was lying. I wrote to the hotel directly and they answered me that there was confirmation from the hotel for a long time. →

We turned on the day of departure in the morning, we were in a hurry - there were no tickets for the train - we bought 2 tickets with my son on the bus (11 years old) 2 seats 1100 UAH to Zhelezny Port. 13 hours of true hell and torment! The bus is old, everything is worn out, the chair on which my son was sitting, it was broken. They take good money, but the bus would just go somehow. →

I went on the tour "Everything is crazy about Rome" Krakow just passed by, although it is on the program .. The first day we just drove, did not see anything. The hotel in Rome is just awful, everywhere they take money for nothing. There is very little time for everything, only 2 hours to Budapest!! As a result, instead of 7 days - 5 days! According to the program, Krakow is on the first day, but we drove past it without even stopping in it . →

Anex tour has postponed the flight time by a total of 22 hours, i.e. stole those 22 hours of paid rest. The return flight from Turkey was postponed from 23.30 to 6.30 in the morning, a whole day of rest was lost.
