I went on the tour "Everything is crazy about Rome" Krakow just passed by, although it is on the program .. The first day we just drove, did not see anything. The hotel in Rome is just awful, everywhere they take money for nothing. There is very little time for everything, only 2 hours to Budapest!! As a result, instead of 7 days - 5 days! According to the program, Krakow is on the first day, but we drove past it without even stopping in it . →

In connection with the massive thefts at the Bodrum Bay Resort, of which we were also victims, Anex tour guides (in Bodrum) ignored the request for help. They did not help to call the police, they did not help in communicating with the staff, since they did not know either English or Turkish. They brought us to the police station and happily left us with the words “wait for an interpreter” without knowing the Turkish language (the police did not speak English) we had difficulties, since no one was going to look for an interpreter, the police refused to accept the application, pretended not to understand what we say via email. →
