I am writing a full detailed review of the company's tour, as requested by the tourists of our group in previous reviews. The cost of a six-day tour is 175-195 euros. The tour started in Uzhgorod, we left in the evening. The next morning we arrived in Budapest, stopped at the Heroes' Square in the city center. I will not write about flight delays here, everyone already knows about this "disease". But what is not clear, these are the reasons why tourists are brought to the airport 4 hours before departure. My flight was at 7.45 am, and tourists were brought to the airport at 4.15 am! People with small children, who then suffered for almost 4 hours at the airport - and could sleep for an hour at the hotel! It seems that the Annex Tour deliberately created such inconveniences - because they really do not like tourists and decided to make fun of it!. →

For the first time I went to the sea with Alf. And for the last time… Before that, we traveled mainly from Tango-Travel, Lviv. There have never been any complaints about Tango - everything is fast, punctual and comfortable. This time there were difficulties with coordinating dates, a family of 7 people were traveling, the choice fell on Alf for one reason - they were the only ones who had seats on the bus for the right date. →

there was a sudden vacation, we didn’t prepare anything in advance (tickets, reservations, routes), we decided to buy a package tour from the coral (usually we travel ourselves). according to estimates, it turned out cheaper than if they organized everything the same, but themselves. Probably, for trips to Turkey and Egypt, taking a ticket is the most successful option. →

We found this travel agency via the Internet, we thought it was normal, but it turned out not! Never book your vacation through this company. Spoiled rest and nerves! They promise one thing and deliver something completely different. They just want to sell it for more. Agent Oksana is not the right person to contact. The man is completely out of place. →

We chose a ticket to the most expensive 3-star hotel with AI, because we could not buy 4 and 5 for the required dates. In fact, we got a hotel without stars with terrible service and even worse food! This was reported to the tour operator through a travel agent the day after arrival. The reaction is silence. Upon arrival, they turned to them with a video and a photo about the hotel - in response they almost sent, they say, what did you want from three stars !! Made a claim - we are waiting . →

In general, the tour is called "Date in Paris + Munich", however, both I and all my colleagues in misfortune agreed that it should immediately be renamed "Force Majeure in Paris - Munich!".
