Last year, I went to Italy with friends, but in tourist places, my husband and I decided that if at sea, then to Italy :) The girl from the agency picked us a hotel in Rimini (Erbavoglio 4 *), for the week 02-07.07.2018, it is both quiet and close to the city center. Terrible attitude towards customers. We read very good reviews about them and decided to buy a tour to Bulgaria for 10 days. The girl wrote down all the wishes and said tomorrow she would call back with offers. Five days passed, complete silence. Perhaps we are not profitable customers for them. I think that this is not love for their work, and just rudeness. →

Terrible, not a tour operator!!!! Do not be fooled by the cheapness of their packages, you will lose more money and nerves. Departure time was postponed 5 times!!!!! They were supposed to fly from Kharkov, as a result, they changed the city of departure dramatically and had to travel by bus for 8 hours to Kyiv!!!!
