Terrible, not a tour operator!!!! Do not be fooled by the cheapness of their packages, you will lose more money and nerves. Departure time was postponed 5 times!!!!! They were supposed to fly from Kharkov, as a result, they changed the city of departure dramatically and had to travel by bus for 8 hours to Kyiv!!!!
