I have been using Accord Tour services since 2016. The first 2 trips did not cause any complaints. Everything was at a good level. This year I decided to save some money and in April I paid for the Pivnichny Express + Fjordi tour on 22.07.2018. Naturally, the operator took the money in advance, but the price was very good, 182 euros. 10 days before the scheduled departure, the operator notifies of the cancellation of the departure without even giving the reason. →

This operator is very bad, they constantly reschedule the flight, we were rescheduled 3 times in a day, as a result, they flew out after 24 hours. But somehow they flew to Egypt, although the sounds on the plane were terrible. And at the airport, by the way, there was a delay of up to 2 hours. Never contact them. Compensation, if any, is a current for blurring the eyes. →

Accord Tour Enchanting Rome 30.06.2018 Our mandries with the Accord-tour started from the refurbished Terminal-A, where there was no system, there was no way to make it. In order to get to the toilet, it took 30 hvilins. Evaluate the SERVICE of the Terminal praised by them. We took on the same date the style of the tour, which is not possible to serve them well!!! Designed tour Fortuna 5 *. We were put in a hotel, not 5 stars, not even 4. The hotel had no stars at all, and the service was appropriate. The sea near the hotel was dirty, the room was very cramped, there was no cleaning, the towel was issued with a fight on the 3rd day. To top it all off, we were poisoned by hotel food. And we are not alone, there were many such cases during our stay there. →
