The tour operator was told not at all the conditions of the road that were provided. We were told that we would spend 12 hours on the way, but spent 26. There was a very bad plane, like planes to Turkey that fly for 2 hours. The plane was absolutely not up to the standard for long-distance flights. And when there was an appeal to the tour operator, there was no feedback, as always. →
The service provided by the agency was much better. They helped me all the way through the summer and I flew away the next day. There was a rescheduling of the flight, if we flew from Boryspil. And we flew back at once. The quality of the transfer is even better, we were all taken to the hotels. During the tour we chose a trip to the Mega Safari from our hotel guide, and lost it at the capture. →
The consultation was wonderful, the girl told everything in great detail and accompanied me in difficult situations. The agent was wonderful. There was a confusion with transport. We urgently changed the plane as we were flying on vacation, and instead of Zhulyan it turned out to be Boryspil. Since we live nearby, this was not critical for us. But for other tourists it was unprofitable, since the flight was also postponed for 2 hours. →
