I chose a tour 6 days before departure, I waited for confirmation of the hotel reservation for THREE DAYS, they informed about the reservation on Tuesday evening, departure from Friday to Saturday (QUESTION IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO BE SO FASTER). I paid immediately the next morning and on the same day, having learned about regular delays and the terrible state of the air carrier fleet with which the company works, I decided to abandon the tour, but as it turned out, this was no longer possible. →

The return transfer was scheduled for 19-45. We were picked up from the hotel at 22-20. At the same time, no information was received by the hotel about the transfer transfer. Our hotel guide Nariman did not pick up the phone, the second hotel guide Arif said that he had no information and call Nariman in the future. Traveled to Greece through this company!! Worst service I have ever seen!! As it turned out, upon arrival in Greece, for our group, not a single hotel room (our group was divided into three different hotels) was booked and no one actually waited for us there .... The same story was with the previous group. After 34 hours on the road, it somehow turned out to be sad. →
