We returned from the tour "Transcarpathian fairy tale". I want to immediately refute the negative reviews about the bus. When we found out that the bus would be small, we were upset (as in the previous review they wrote "an ordinary minibus"). But all the benefits are already felt on the way. We rested with our family at the MONTE CARLO SHARM RESORT & SPA hotel. The flight and transfer were organized at a high level, and the hotel was very pleased, but .... DEAR Anex Tour, just one person, but very important for almost every tourist - a hotel guide (in our case, a guide named Fadi), can easily cross out all the efforts of the hotel and cast a shadow on the reputation of the tour operator, not to mention a clouded vacation. →

The guys read about MMM and decided to cut down as much money as they could find who were ready to pay for nothing. The principle is ridiculously simple. They sell entrance and supposedly a discount in the base of tour packages, the funny thing is they are registered on the islands with a PO box, in reality a Ukrainian company with 1 hired person and a declared income of 2000 UAH per year. →

The ticket was booked through another travel agency. Everything would be fine if not for the constant change in departure time. In fact, instead of 10 full-fledged days, we rested 8. (We cannot make any claims because 9 nights). Although you can’t name the last night and night, because at 4.00 in the morning we already checked out their rooms. It's a shame that I had to wake up the child and wait for the bus for almost an hour in the lobby. →

I will never contact this company, and I will not advise anyone. I went through nine circles of hell by contacting this company. A tour to Alanya... the road there and back took more than 2 days.... a nightmare.... air travel was postponed five times. →

We chose this company because we had already flown with them. Now, when the day was stolen from us, not only did Egypt arrive late, we were at the hotel on June 19 at 23:30 (thank you at least fed something like that), they also evicted at 6:00 in the morning and should have been evicted at 18:00 pm. The result of the trip is 6 days of rest, 8 days are written in the ticket. →

I flew to Turkey (and just do a tourist vacation abroad) for the first time. We met there. And it's good that at least we met! When checking into a hotel to objections like a fungus or an unbearable stench in the room - in which it is not possible to stay for more than 5 minutes (not to mention sleep), the answer is simple: Sleep wherever you want! good approach, given that the hotel staff do not know English or Russian. →

Review about the tour company "Caprice Tourist". My husband and I are far from capricious tourists, and knowing the “kitchen” of tour companies, we can close our eyes to many things. But it was not our whim to go after the rest from Kirillovka to Kharkov, on an old neoplan, on the last 5n, where the seats do not fold out, in the company of a couple with a pregnant girl and a man, that is, all 5 seats were occupied. →
