I am a disabled wheelchair user, neck (arms and legs do not work) rested in Otium, Kemer, Turkey, purchased a tour through Coral. For the convenience of movement, we ordered an elite transfer: SPECIAL GROUP TRANSFER, upon arrival we were taken to the hotel normally (incorrectly, it was an accident). A small minibus, we were two families (6 people) and a couple more, they put me in normally, check-in at two hotels and also dropped them off normally, but the transfer in the opposite direction turned into a complete HORROR for me. →

We rescheduled the flight for 21:00 there for departure and had to go bad in Kiev, as we found out about it only in the transfer. The flight back was delayed by 4 days. And everyone was on .. the fact that we have a small child and work. In join up this is called "OPTIMIZATION". 4 DAYS you're kidding optimizers bl. I will never contact them again and will tell all Belarusians about the disgusting service. →

Details in June to Turkey (Bodrum) for 7 days. We specifically chose a hotel close to the sea, this was the main criterion. Upon arrival, the guide on the bus said that our hotel does not accept technical assistance. reasons (which later turned out to be not true. The hotel rooms were sold to the Turks). We were brought to another Riva Bodrum hotel, high up on the mountain. →

If you want to ruin your vacation, welcome to Accord Tour! I, as an organized tourist, book in advance, choose a program, buy tickets to Lviv, which are not so easy to buy in summer. Accord employees assure that the tour will take place, but it is usually canceled two weeks in advance. You hand over tickets, lose money, postpone your vacation - Accord does not care about the plans of tourists. →
