The site is very convenient, allows you to conduct a search, choose a tour and a hotel. They saw the tour they liked and sent an application. The response was fairly quick. There were emails and phone calls. The travel agency worked wonderfully, agreed on the details, agreed on the terms and duration, received an invoice for payment. →

A minor problem (contacting the airline about return tickets) turned into a circus with horses with the participation of Alexandra's manager. Their counterparties from Natalie Tours helped (although they were not obliged at all) - Tatyana Morozova and Sergey Krylov (thanks to them), otherwise I would have had to return to Moscow after the rest at my own expense, and the already purchased tickets would have disappeared. →

Everything is fine, there were no problems from the tour operator. The only thing that is inconvenient is the flight. We checked into the hotel at 20:00, and checked out at 5:00, thereby losing 2 full days of stay at the hotel, out of 7, only 5 had a rest. →

We chose this company because it is convenient, close to home. We bought two vouchers, one of them was burning, and with this burning voucher it turned out to be a complete mess! The manager Lyudmila mixed up all the dates, did not print the flight voucher! We had to negotiate on the spot at the hotel about the extension of the stay and pay extra, there was no transfer from the hotel to the airport !!! Of course, she didn't even warn us about it! It spoiled our vacation! It left a very negative impression about the company and its employees! We won't be using their services again!. →

The hotel staff is well trained and polite, you feel it as soon as you enter the hotel.
