We chose this company because it is convenient, close to home. We bought two vouchers, one of them was burning, and with this burning voucher it turned out to be a complete mess! The manager Lyudmila mixed up all the dates, did not print the flight voucher! We had to negotiate on the spot at the hotel about the extension of the stay and pay extra, there was no transfer from the hotel to the airport !!! Of course, she didn't even warn us about it! It spoiled our vacation! It left a very negative impression about the company and its employees! We won't be using their services again!. →

Hello. I want to tell you about Rixos Seagate Sharm in Egypt. We flew on the recommendation of a familiar manager from CoralTravel. The hotel staff is well trained and polite, you feel it as soon as you enter the hotel. We went with children to the "Megatour to Batumi-winter dream" December 2017-January 2018. They chose the excursion package, it's much more profitable .. Instead of the Bus, they chose air. It's easier with kids. We visited many places, saw a lot of new things, as we were in Georgia for the first time. We spent New Year's Eve at a restaurant. The program was just great! The hotels suggested by the operator are very decent with good breakfasts, clean bed linen and daily cleaning. →
