I bought a tour to Belarus to visit Santa Claus at the end of December. At the railway station, 20 minutes before the departure of the train, my wallet, money and cards were stolen from me. Good evening! I share my pleasant discovery - tour operator Travel Professional Group! For work, I often have to visit different countries and hotels, it is not always convenient to book hotels and plan flights on my own, so I have to cooperate with tour companies. The last appeal to one well-known tour operator almost completely disrupted the trip, I was just in shock !!! Already not hoping for anything good, at the last moment I turned to the TPG and they quickly completed all the documents for me and found a great option for living!!! I was just happy that the trip didn't get cancelled! I managed not only to work (there was a wonderful conference room in the hotel), but also to have some rest in my spare time!!! I also flew with them on vacation to Turkey and Sri Lanka, they organized everything just fine! The girls in the office are just smart, they work very quickly and responsibly! Of course, I read a lot about TPG, but I myself have already made sure that not everything is true, but rather the opposite, they just want to fuck a competitor. →

It seems that the tourists came on their own, not from a travel agency. brought to Vienna by a regular transfer and left without the opportunity to purchase excursions. “Look for the “letter I” yourself, ask there. In Kyiv, everything was fine, all questions were answered. There are no claims. When we got there, the hotel guide started telling us about their excursions. We did not want to go anywhere at all, but just to relax in the hotel. After we said this, tantrums, insults, threats began. He took out his money, saying that it was not for their sake, he said that this was all for us, that we would later say that Egypt was uninteresting and tourists would stop visiting them. →

Irresponsible people, same company! Our Sharm Plaza Hotel is 5 stars (actually 3!). We went through Join Up, but directly through the Sacvoyage company (located in the city of Kyiv, on Podil), this was not the first trip!
