Considering that I planned to go with a family of 5 people, the amount of the overpayment outraged me. →

Bought a tour through misto.travel Everything is very convenient - you can compare prices for hotels for different dates, in different travel agencies and choose the best option. The tour itself was from Coral Travel. In general, everything went fine, especially on arrival: we were met not by a healthy bus for 50 people, but by a small minibus, where there were only 3 families besides us, so we didn’t have to call in every village to deliver everyone for 2 hours. →

I don’t always believe in too positive reviews, but in this case I can’t say anything else about the BARUT HEMERA hotel. Liked everything! We bought a ticket to JoinUp, the tour operator worked perfectly: transfer by good buses, sensible guide. The hotel is beautiful, located in the garden, near the sandy beach. We lived in a family room with a garden view + an extra bed for a child of 9 years old. →

It all started with the fact that after signing the contract and making an advance payment of 10,000 UAH. 2 hours later we got a call and were told that our ticket would be $200 more expensive - $1050 instead of $850 (they say there was a discrepancy and the employee (Elena) forgot to refresh the page and told us outdated information). →

The meeting with the guides went well, only after we did not buy excursions from them, they immediately disappeared, they did not answer calls and messages. I'm not flying for the first time. Great hotel right in the center! Friendly people (owner and staff)! They swept the veranda and the corridor every day; trash pickup every other day! All clean, greeted with a smile; we took without food, but we were treated to local fried donuts several times, it was very nice; Our room was not large, No. 11 on the second floor; the furniture is new, everything has a small bed, table, TV, mini-fridge, wardrobe, air conditioning and a bathroom; but the highlight of the room is a huge terrace that overlooked the street and a stunning view of the mountains! at our disposal was a dryer on the terrace and a table with 4 chairs designed for 2 rooms; the neighbors were nice, somehow intuitively shared their time on the terrace, there was a big umbrella! The weather was wonderful, the sun every day! Walking to the beach is a bit long, but in the evening this villa is far from the clubs and you can hardly hear anything; on the road to the beach or to the old town, a bunch of shops and restaurants at normal prices! The hotel was chosen according to the budget principle and in appearance, and we were incredibly lucky! I liked everything very much! the territory of the hotel is small, but on the 1st floor there is an automan with coffee and a couple of tables for breakfast; at the hotel, you can additionally order food from the hostess (breakfast, dinner); The holiday was a success, we give this hotel 5 stars! We recommend!. →
