Good afternoon. For the first time we decided to go on a trip in this way, namely a trip by bus tour. Up to this point, we went on various tours and holidays by air and were always satisfied. But we were recommended to try the bus and recommended the Accord tour, convincing us that this operator has a high and high-quality service. And we decided and it was the first and last time!!!!! We chose a hotel in Blanes, Costa Brava, Spain to combine a beach holiday and a trip to Barcelona. Everything turned out) Although not without adventures. Hotel Esplendid met absolutely all expectations. The manager of Coral Travel honestly said that this is not a 5-star palace, but a solid three with a number of advantages. We appreciated for ourselves: a beautiful area with a lot of greenery, a 5-minute slow walk to the beach, chic breakfasts (we only took breakfast), clean, although not very spacious room. →

But the place is good, the hot water is there. Food on the tour - edible. Elena didn't even understand the role of Olena's administrator. Can't connect two words, boring and unprofessional. →

Previously, when choosing tours, I never paid attention to the tour operator, but in vain! the first (and last) time I managed to use the services of ANEX TOUR and their air carrier AZUR AIR. In general, the situation was like this, at the time of booking the tour, we were "promised" to fly there at 3:10 am and arrive at the hotel at 7-8 am and return flight at 20:30 pm, but in fact they postponed two flights and reduced the rest by two full days! instead of 3:10 the departure was at 19:30 and we got to the hotel at 23:30 and back instead of 20:30 the departure was at 7:00 in the morning. →
