It all started with the fact that instead of a comfortable bus they sent us a sprinter for 20 people. They explained this by the fact that the group did not gather and decided not to cancel our trip, so they sent us this "miracle car" !! Instead of the promised place in the first half of the bus, we got seats at the very end and at the very top, where even the backs did not recline, I’m already silent about the fact that the knees were on a level with the ears !!! When we went, it began to blow from all the cracks, due to which I quickly caught a cold! At our request, the driver did something there and it stopped blowing so much, but it was still felt !! The driver drove with such speed along our roads that not only we were jumping in the gallery, but everyone in the minibus !!!! Due to which we arrived in Uman not at 8 in the morning, as planned, but at 6!!! The tour went almost well, except for the fact that our guide always lost us and she didn’t care who she tells, when 8 out of 22 people were lost, she didn’t even notice and went on !!! On the way home, the driver did not care that it was + 25 on the bus until they told him about it, but after 2-3 hours I woke up from the cold and saw with horror that the thermometer was + 16 !!!!! And again, the driver doesn't care!! I approached him and told him that we had a freezer there, and by the way, for some reason, it was very warm at the beginning of the cabin, to which he very boldly and brazenly replied that they had breathed into themselves here !!!! But the stove turned on and heated right up to + 18 !!!! Upon arrival in Kharkov, I called the agency and asked for a refund of 10% of the cost of the trip, since we were driving in the last places. →

We turned to them on 05/27/17 with a request to make a non-urgent foreign travel (according to them, this is 1 month) for 1000 UAH, as we planned to purchase a ticket from 09/05/17 (3 months - the reserve for a passport is quite adequate). There was also no guide on the bus, almost before the crossing, on the driver's phone, she called the meeting time in hotels on the speakerphone. They didn’t take us 150m to the apartment, it’s okay to go down there, but I didn’t like it at all to go upstairs with 3 suitcases in the heat and wait there for the transfer back. →

In fact, half a day of rest was stolen from people and no apology was given by the representative of the tour operator at the airport. →
