It all started from the train station in Lviv, I’m silent for the train, not only was the meeting late for 40 minutes, but then she was still looking for our transfer to the hotel for 20 minutes, as a result, we had to get to the hotel in 15 minutes, settle in, buy up and change clothes. →

I ordered for half a year for 46 people (wedding). I called up with the company which hotel from Sid was the best, they advised a completely different hotel in the photo. These are still flowers. I didn’t know anything. We were waiting for a delegation to the conference. We settled in the attic in the tower - 4 rooms. Where the window is like in a barn, you need to stand in a pose to see. →

We went to rest by bus to Greece. We understood perfectly well that traveling by bus would not be easy, but the organizer Tatiana was able to make it completely awful. The air conditioner in our bus broke down, a new bus left Lviv, which we had to change to in Serbia. Everything would be fine, but there were 2 seats left in the bus. Organizer Tanya, instead of putting passengers in their 2 seats, decided to seat a man and a woman: someone near her and someone at the end of the bus, and if someone does not like something, they can leave. →

The first time we arrived in Turkey, we found the bus, we drove quite comfortably without any problems, but the accompanying Svetlana said that she already had other things planned, and left, we had the farthest hotel and we were left alone with the driver who did not speak Russian or English, but the driver brought everything to the hotel entrance without any problems, only we had to explain ourselves at the reception, they also did not understand Russian. →

We went on tour "Holiday at the sea in Italy" from 07/23/2017 to 07/31/2017, immediately the trip began with an unpleasant surprise, namely - the travel agency did not warn about the second night, first arranged an overnight stay at the Budapest Hotel. Without warning us, the company combined two rounds - ours and "All to the sea in Italy" (cheaper tour) in one in two night trips, we bought a tour for 200 euros, the other tour was - 170 euros. →

We bought tickets to Turkey hotel Sol beach4 *. The hotel is on the first line, the beach is private with free sun loungers and umbrellas. Room with side sea view. Upon arrival, we were told that there were no rooms at the hotel and we were going to hawaii4 *. The hotel does not have its own beach, umbrellas and sun loungers for our own money, we have to rent from the bartenders on the beach. →

The Turks blame the Ukrainians, and the Ukrainians blame the Turks. It was said that the travel agency has no obligations to tourists. 3 days before the end of the vacation, it was proposed to improve the living conditions, namely, to move to another hotel for an additional fee of $ 200. →
