We went on tour "Holiday at the sea in Italy" from 07/23/2017 to 07/31/2017, immediately the trip began with an unpleasant surprise, namely - the travel agency did not warn about the second night, first arranged an overnight stay at the Budapest Hotel. Without warning us, the company combined two rounds - ours and "All to the sea in Italy" (cheaper tour) in one in two night trips, we bought a tour for 200 euros, the other tour was - 170 euros. →

We bought tickets to Turkey hotel Sol beach4 *. The hotel is on the first line, the beach is private with free sun loungers and umbrellas. Room with side sea view. Upon arrival, we were told that there were no rooms at the hotel and we were going to hawaii4 *. The hotel does not have its own beach, umbrellas and sun loungers for our own money, we have to rent from the bartenders on the beach. →

They took the money promising 5 * and a chic vacation. But when we arrived, we didn't find anything. Neither Turkey nor Kyiv responded to our claims. The Turks blame the Ukrainians, and the Ukrainians blame the Turks. It was said that the travel agency has no obligations to tourists. 3 days before the end of the vacation, it was proposed to improve the living conditions, namely, to move to another hotel for an additional fee of $ 200. →

(+) Pylon Ukraine is the representative of the operator itself. We went to Budva with Pilon. Everything is great. We were offered a very interesting price, strikingly different from the offers of travel agencies. We called the day before departure. (+) Good service. Upon arrival, we got separated from the group and missed our transfer bus. The travel agency organized a private transfer for us in 20 minutes, free of charge. →

Travel agency was recommended by relatives. Did not like the manager Maxim Kucherenko. The reason is booking games and an attempt to impose the most expensive tours, as well as providing incorrect information about online booking of air tickets. I ordered a tour for 1100 euros, he checked it with me for a reservation, and then an hour later he wrote to the post office that the reservation was no longer confirmed, but there is one for 1300 - 1500 euros with a confirmed reservation. →
