Tour "Blitz Amsterdam" We trust this tour operator for the fourth time. And every time the company fails. Everything is very clear: information about the departure, the departure itself, accommodation in hotels, all scheduled excursions, excellent local guides and a wonderful accompanying Nastya Rindzak. The tour is not easy: 2 overnight journeys, but we seem to be in the category of people who like to sleep sitting in the company of 40 strangers. →

Before that, the manager Christina Gerilovich confirmed to us that the tour on a guarantee and departure is GUARANTEED. Tour confirmed on 26.07. Send an invoice and ask for payment. →

If you want to spoil the impression of a vacation at sea - you are here. Terrible transportation organization. Administrator Natalia has no idea how to organize a trip. We ordered seats in front of the bus a month in advance (children get sick), but they put us in the back on both sides, although we were assured the day before departure that we would sit right behind the driver. →

Previously, we did not encounter Anex, the tour was purchased from a tour agent. The flight was normal, but the meeting with the first representative of Anex at the Antalya airport was terrible, the girl was rude and was not happy with something, apparently the sun baked her head. On the bus, we were the last ones brought to the hotel. If in front of us was a transfer, a guide with tourists received the key and fully accompanied them, then we were brought in and left at the reception desk without explanation. →

We met well, that's where the positives end. They settled in another, terrible hotel, they said the same thing to all the calls - we can’t put you in the hotel you bought, so there are no places. Guides are inadequate and rarely appear in hotels, one might say never, they do not answer calls. I don't recommend it at all. →

Visa support The visa was granted to us ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE. At the same time, we had to arrive in Lviv ahead of time and spend the night in this wonderful city, NOT BEING sure that they would not refuse a visa. →

We chose a hotel, the travel agent managed to persuade us to the 2nd coastline, although we wanted the 1st, more places were sold to our hotel than there are actually in the hotel, while the travel agent said nonsense like "the hotel is not rubber", we, by the way, found out that there were no rooms in the hotel - 4 days before departure, and the tour was fully paid for 3 weeks before departure (at least this is honesty), we were offered hotels worse according to our criteria (out of civilization, although for them 5 * in civilization and 5 * far from civilization does not matter, but for us it was the main criterion - to leave the hotel in the evening). →

Dnipro city. Coral travel to Most City. Manager Anastasia Nagornaya provided incorrect information about the hotel. It was agreed that the hotel has its own beach with free sun loungers and umbrellas, that towels for the beach will be issued. For us, this was the deciding factor in choosing the hotel. But upon arrival, it turned out that none of this was there. →
