We rested from 12.05 to 19.05 in Alanya, May Garden Hotel. We chose the hotel ourselves, there are no complaints about the hotel and the services provided by the hotel! But the attitude of the tour operator, namely the guides, the tour operator's employees and the very attitude towards their tourists - customers - is just awful !!!! First of all, you are considered a wallet, not a person!!! Everyone is happy! We bought a tour from an agency through a TPG tour operator in Goa (our cherished dream). Everything was great: a good ticket price, a visa came out on time, met in Goa with a flower garland, settled at 6 in the morning without any additional payments there (although it was the cheapest 3 *) and fed breakfast. The return transfer arrived 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time - the guide was picking up tourists from the neighboring hotel building. →

Disgusting organization of the trip: the group leader did not work, but rested, left the group, taking one driver for her personal purposes (Tbilisi-Batumi transfer). Twice, instead of evening check-out from hotels, she evicted us in the morning, saving on accommodation costs. Surely this was planned in advance cynical and arrogant swindle of tourists. →
