We have been traveling through the Holiday Travel agency for more than a year. It is not far from our house. In September, we wanted to rest in Turkey, the Marty Mira Hotel. Nadezhda advised (one might even say insisted) to go to Fethiye (a new direction in Turkey), hotel Letuniya. Me and my husband were delighted. The abundance of seafood was simply amazing. →

We have been resting with Yes Tour for the second year. This time we went to rest in Turkey - Marmaris. Manager Julia advised us a new hotel, which was launched only in 2015. Despite some negative reviews about this hotel, we still decided and were very satisfied! Thanks Julie for a job well done! →

Chose the company randomly on the proposed travel agent. Completely disappointed. Rescheduling a flight from 3:00 am to 11:00 pm without warning without explanation. As a result, instead of the rest indicated in the voucher from 12/3/16, arrival in Egypt and settlement was already 12/4/16. One day of rest was stolen, the company refused to extend or fully compensate for it. →

I turned to the company on the advice of a friend, they helped her open a visa to Portugal. BUT, when applying for my visa to England, a surprise awaited me! I asked 100 times if my money on the card is enough to open a visa, if the documents I provided are enough. . . As a result, they refused a visa, the reason being the lack of documents and funds in the account. →

We went for the first time and Marina told everything in detail, explained, gave valuable advice, compared all the advantages and disadvantages of hotels and resorts! We decided to spontaneously go on vacation in July 2016 and had to organize a trip in 4 days. We turned to 3 agencies with a request to select a tour to Montenegro. The Marine Tours agency showed not only efficiency in work and well-chosen offers, but also reasonable prices. We were pleasantly surprised by the accompaniment of Marina, at all stages of the holiday, from the moment of departure and settlement until the very return home. →

The second time we took a ticket in this company and again only positive emotions!!! After a trip to Sri Lanka, we decided to once again be in summer, but to fly somewhere not far and not for a lot of money. After announcing our wishes to the manager of the company, we were asked to fly to the Cleopatra Hotel in Egypt. I really liked the hotel, the food was excellent, the animation was on the level, every evening they were entertained with various events. →

For those who do not read the reviews to the end, I want to say at once - the impression is that mostly reviews are written by those who are dissatisfied with the service, or something did not work out with the rest. Unfortunately, this is how people are arranged - negative emotions are more motivating to action, although I guess there is no smoke without fire. →

Unfortunately, for some reason our flight was delayed for 3 hours, but we must pay tribute to the company. They apologized and arranged a light snack for the passengers on the flight. So there are no major complaints. →
