Travel Agency "Tour Svit", which is located at Kyiv, bul. I. Lepse 8, represented by director Kostenko Natalya Vitalievna, are scammers. On December 7, 2016, a tour for two to Egypt was paid for, which at that time was about $ 1000, we were sent a confirmation from the tour operator (which turned out to be fake). After 4 months, the money has not been returned, despite all the provision of a complete package of documents to all state institutions and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine (including the court), which, in theory, were supposed to protect the rights of their citizens from such scammers however, this did not actually happen. →

We have traveled a lot before with different agencies, but have never seen such a terrible service anywhere. Initially, we wanted to go to Tanzania, we were offered several options and we chose one of them. A few days later we were informed that they could not offer us a tour at such a price and we had to pay extra money or choose another country. We began to look for a tour to Sri Lanka and, guess what happened a few days later? That's right, it turned out that again they could not offer a tour at a previously agreed price. →
