We are very disappointed with the company's services and will no longer recommend CoralTravel to friends and acquaintances, nor travel with them. Incompetent employees of the company and the host! We have not experienced such an attitude with any tour operator during our vacation, we traveled with Pegas and NewsTravel, and with others, but we have not seen such negligence and disregard for the attitude !!! it was their responsibility - hotel reservation, transfer, representative - disappointed to the core. →

In essence, I was satisfied with the services of the tour operator! And I am writing because there are such reviews here that I would not have gone straight if I had read all of them before;)) I went on 13.09 to the Grand Tour. Stayed with a friend in a hotel. We passed the borders well, the bus is also normal. 8 out of 10, not super new. It is saved by these folding chairs - when moving at night it really saves. →

I liked the tour, I left a lot of impressions! We booked with the manager Anna, a professional in her field, explained everything in an accessible way, helped to find comfortable seats on the bus. The bus lived up to expectations, although I consider interruptions in watching movies on the road as a minus (if a movie got lost at a stop, it was not squandered, but a new one was turned on). →

We rested at the Makadi Spa Hotel from September 12 to 22, they robbed on the first day right before meeting with the guide in hot pursuit, the guide did NOT help, was even dissatisfied .... until he sold the excursions ... promised to sort it out .... they demanded to call the police .... did nothing .... we never saw him again ..... called and asked to forgive the thief . →

It so happened that I went on a trip to Georgia with the company "Kote" twice with a difference of a year - in August 2015 and in August 2016. The tour was the same - "Grand Tour of Georgia". The first experience was sharply negative, the second positive. Last year, she came very angry to the company, this year, in general, she and her husband were very satisfied. →

Everything was great except for one thing - they moved the departure date from early morning to evening, which was "stolen" one day. Other tourists also complained about it. And although I heard that the type "travel agency has nothing to do with it, these are all charters" - I would like this lawlessness to end. After all, with a tour cost of 20 thousand, the difference in 1 day (7 or 8 days) can reach up to 6 thousand UAH. →

Services as a tour operator were generally good - everything was on time, everything was explained and told in detail. The problem is the employees. Their main goal is to get more money out of you. At the same time, they will sell you such nonsense for money that they would never agree to do it for free. IT'S VERY DIFFICULT NOT TO TAKE A TOUR. Of the 50 excursions to choose from, you could take no more than 5, and then, some of them are stupidly outright scam for money. →
