Summer vacation 2016 decided to spend in Croatia. The tour chose the TO "Center" - "Dalmatian charm". The promotional price was 199 euros + 125 euros for 3 optional excursions. There were no problems with registration and payment. Problems appeared as soon as I got on the bus. Now I will describe the trip in more detail: 1. Bus. We really enjoyed! we were able to see 5 Balkan countries, enjoy Montenegro, and most importantly, it turned out to be much cheaper than an air tour. →

When I made a remark to the guide in the correct form and said that it was enough to glorify Russia at every turn, he began to be rude to me and said that I could complain anywhere. Muscovy has nothing to do with Kievan Rus, but he believes that if you listen to modern historians, you can go nuts (these are his words). →

The manager did not warn that the flight during the day and the flight at night - i.e. as a result, not 10 days, but 8 days in the hotel. I was in the building where my company is - convenient, but I will not contact you again. →

The organization of the tour to the hotel, check-in, check-out and accommodation are all at the highest level, but their excursions are a separate issue! 1. Trip to Israel You buy a tour, pay for it... and just before leaving, when the bus is already waiting for you, you find out that crossing the border with Israel is not so easy and that you may not be allowed in, and many are not allowed in. →

In general, for the first time I decided to go abroad. Chose the country - the Czech Republic. I chose a tour (Prague candy) to stay in the Czech Republic more, to see Prague. The problems started from the very beginning. The thing is (I don’t know who was stupid here, either a travel agent or a tour operator). I bought a tour back in July !!! I wanted it for the end of August, so only after I left the advance, they only called me back and said (that is, they couldn’t tell me before receiving the advance) that I wouldn’t have time for the end of August, they offered to reschedule. →

We also went to Bulgaria with TPG in August. Before that, we planned all the trips ourselves, but then we decided to "take a break from planning." We do not recommend this tour operator to anyone! The bus was late for 4 hours due to a breakdown, people waited stupidly, and the operator fed them with promises, an excellent bus they rented arrived, but it took us only from Lviv to Frankivsk (the so-called Transfer), here we were waited by a gouging two-story Neoplan, on which crying is that a dump! It’s a nightmare, nothing works there, everything strips, makeup, chairs are not regulated, nothing is regulated at all)), we arrived in half with grief, it’s strange that it didn’t fall apart along the way. →
