Everything was great except for one thing - they moved the departure date from early morning to evening, which was "stolen" one day. Other tourists also complained about it. And although I heard that the type "travel agency has nothing to do with it, these are all charters" - I would like this lawlessness to end. After all, with a tour cost of 20 thousand, the difference in 1 day (7 or 8 days) can reach up to 6 thousand UAH. →

Services as a tour operator were generally good - everything was on time, everything was explained and told in detail. The problem is the employees. Their main goal is to get more money out of you. At the same time, they will sell you such nonsense for money that they would never agree to do it for free. IT'S VERY DIFFICULT NOT TO TAKE A TOUR. Of the 50 excursions to choose from, you could take no more than 5, and then, some of them are stupidly outright scam for money. →

We are traveling with this tour operator for the third time. Our opinion is that for such a small amount of very exciting travel. Well, the hotels are not 5 *, but so are the budget tours. but otherwise, as far as organization is concerned, in general, not bad. Of course, there are some claims, this is an overpriced price for electives, but the company wants to make money, this is understandable, and still a proposal to the tour operator: please set adequate prices for optional excursions. →

This year the trip to Turkey was completely unplanned, and the decision on the need for a trip was made literally in a week. As always, the staff of Loungemania did everything clearly and quickly, picked the best dates, tour, places on the plane, the safest hotel, and now, a week later, we are already sitting in a carriage to the hotel)). We rested for 4 full days - from September 2nd to 5th at the Golden Age Hotel. →
