TUI are scammers!!!!! especially representatives in Turkey!!!!! In October 2015 I bought a tour to Turkey, Kemer, Queen's Park Le Jardin 5* hotel. On the way from the airport to the hotel, we were told that the hotel was closed for tourists and we were being moved to another hotel and another village. Although they were obliged to warn about this before our arrival in Turkey and offer other options to choose from or return the money !!! We demanded that we be taken to Queen's Park Le Jardin 5* and when we arrived at the reception they told us that the TUI had not reserved a room for us!!!!! and there are no available rooms. →

This company has never let me down, especially with excursions. If I knew that they would not provide me with the service for which I paid, I would have taken it twice cheaper "on the street". I thought that the operator would correct the mistake, if any, and return the money, they did not return it. How do they differ from Mahmud from the Old City then?
