We chose this office only because no one else provided tours to the hotel we needed. The price was adequate, in our opinion, from 14.05 to 21.05.16 (7 nights) cost us $820. No one answered my question on company mail about the prices for the tour. In flight, the food was super economy! But basically normal. On the way back (night flight) food was not given or offered. →

Such non-professional firms with non-professional staff should be removed from the service market. The tour to Prague was a real nightmare! It all started with a 3-hour delay with departure, because one of the workers forgot his tourist passport! In compensation for the spent nerves and an hour we were offered Becherovka (without asking if we drink alcohol) !!!!! In addition, they promised to leave Prague 3 hours later (also a hoax). →
