If the sale of tours from Russia to Egypt does not resume in autumn, we will contact MY FAMILY TRAVEL again. →

Horror! My husband and I ordered a tour to Uman. On the phone, the girl said that she would send payment details and that only after payment would she tell the bus number and departure time. I paid for everything. By the evening before the day of departure, they called me back and said that the tour was canceled. They offered a trip around the Kharkiv region and a bunch of other nonsense. →

The flight was delayed for 16 hours (!!!) This gift was given to us by the "respectable" UIA airline in tandem with TEZTUR. As a result, we arrived in Egypt not in the morning at 10-00, as we should have, but at 1-00 at night. I was blatantly struck by the attitude of Teztour at the airport, when they ripped off 2 bucks more for a visa. I would like to especially note that we had small children with us, who, due to fatigue and lack of sleep, made us “torn years”. →

I have been reading the mailing list of promotional tours of this company for a long time, and now we decided to turn to them for organizing our vacation. Manager Karina helped us choose a tour to Cyprus. And we had a good rest. Not without force majeure, but this is the fault of the air carrier. As for the selection of the tour, accompaniment, service and assistance in paperwork - I RECOMMEND "Mandrui Cheaper"!. →
