We went abroad several times from the Savannah travel agency. I liked the rest very much, the girls will always prompt and advise. The last vacation was in Sri Lanka, the Bentota Beach 4 * hotel is just a fairy tale, I advise everyone. Picked up, warned about the rooms without repair, so paid extra for newer rooms in Horus. I traveled from this agency to Europe and Turkey and Egypt. The girl constantly reproached me for not going anywhere at all. In search of a solution to the problem, I got to the website of the Navigator Ukraine travel agency. And then the option with Dikanka appeared, of course there were options and more abruptly, but the financial option suited me ... I called, they signed me up, arrived, paid, the manager served the woman, oh, what a pity, I don’t remember her name, but she’s cool, drew up a contract, and all) I am writing a review because I was satisfied with the quality of service, namely: the bus was cool, clean, there was a garbage bag in the back of each seat, nothing rumbled, we drove back, cool music played, honestly, I was surprised. →

The travel agency was chosen because they have an individual approach to group customers. The tour program was selected and adjusted online, a month before the trip. Manager Kirill gave recommendations on what to add and what to remove. The end result was a great tour. You can read more about the tour on my blog. Not for the first time, but, unfortunately, for the last time, the company "Ganezh" was contacted. We went from "Ganezh" for 8 years to various tours in Ukraine. The last tour was called "Paradise Delight", the manager of the tour operator - Elena Sichko. If sooooo short were not satisfied and without money on the trip! After talking with other vacationers after the tour, we can draw the following conclusions: the tour was poorly organized, many were not satisfied with the fact that we had to spend so many hours a day in the cold, on some days without heating options. →

I am very disappointed in the work of the office, especially how the leaders Anya and Dima turned the situation around. They acted extremely dishonestly. The situation is as follows: the manager Anna Shcherbakova made proposals for a holiday in Sri Lanka. Departure 01.01.16. Offering one of the hotels, Anya provided erroneous information about the hotel - she threw off pictures and a description of a completely different hotel. →

Perfectly organized meeting, transfer, settlement and eviction .. Good guide. He talked a lot about Egypt, speaks Russian well. He described in detail all the excursions, but was not imposed. Everything is very respectful and professional. →
