Everything quickly, clearly, met, settled. The only thing I didn't like was how our guide, to whom we were assigned, talked about excursions. The travel agency was chosen according to three main criteria: reviews, convenient office location and work schedule (out of the reviewed companies, only these guys work by prior arrangement from 8 am) A very nice girl Marina arrived especially for us early in the morning, offered tea and coffee and quickly completed all the documents . We were very pleased with Marina's care and later - on the day of departure, the flight was rescheduled and combined with the flight of another airline, and the new flight did not want to appear on the electronic scoreboard. →

My husband and I bought a tour to Uman on 02.10.2015. The park is simply amazing with its beauty. It's worth a visit!!! It is also very pleasing that the weather was wonderful. The idea of a vacation in Sri Lanka appeared spontaneously, caused by the conditions of a vacation at work. There was an opportunity to leave only from September 24-25 to October 6. 2 days before departure, I contacted Arriva. Manager Maria promptly answered all my questions, despite the fact that it was already after 18 pm. She helped me find the right place - the Hikkaduwa area (and at the end of September, this is important in Sri Lanka) is a good hotel with a good room, breakfast and, most importantly, everything is nearby. →

I want to thank the employees of the company "TUI Ukraine" in the city of Mariupol. This is not the first time that "TUI" helps us to relax. Managers are excellent specialists who fulfill their obligations 100%. In 2014, the whole family was in Egypt, and recently (in August) they were in Bulgaria at the Lion Borovets hotel.
