The idea of ​​a vacation in Sri Lanka appeared spontaneously, caused by the conditions of a vacation at work. There was an opportunity to leave only from September 24-25 to October 6. 2 days before departure, I contacted Arriva. Manager Maria promptly answered all my questions, despite the fact that it was already after 18 pm. She helped me find the right place - the Hikkaduwa area (and at the end of September, this is important in Sri Lanka) is a good hotel with a good room, breakfast and, most importantly, everything is nearby.

I want to thank the employees of the company "TUI Ukraine" in the city of Mariupol. This is not the first time that "TUI" helps us to relax. Managers are excellent specialists who fulfill their obligations 100%. In 2014, the whole family was in Egypt, and recently (in August) they were in Bulgaria at the Lion Borovets hotel. The cost turned out to be more than affordable, given that this is a package tour + breakfasts and dinners.

We want to bring to your attention the disgusting and impudent work of the hotel guide Hamad of the Island View Resort Hotel, We, tourists from Ukraine, Masko Vadim and Murzina Tatiana, no. voucher 2278692, rested in this hotel from September 27 to October 4, 2015. We wanted to take an excursion to Israel and Jordan from a hotel guide, the price seemed too high to us and we took this excursion from another company with a price difference of $ 140 per person.

We kind of paid the money to the travel agent "Miles Away", but TPG was the charterer. I don’t know what the conditions for joint cooperation are there, but they cooperate and it will be very difficult to resolve any controversial issues with the tour operator because they will switch arrows to each other, which by the way happened. It turned out to be a very bad situation, the travel agent did not inform us about the change in the return flight schedule from Montenegro, and when we arrived at the airport the plane was already flying to Kiev, we had to urgently buy tickets the very next day and it’s good that there were tickets and spare money.



I would not recommend this tour company to anyone.

In September, we went with this travel agency to Megatour Batumi. On the plus side, Georgia is beautiful and even i-travel could not spoil this impression. Of the minuses: 1. Disgusting organization: incompetent guides, constant changes in the program (in the direction of reducing the time of rest and the number of attractions), 1 * class hotels instead of paid 3 * 2.

The trip to Moldova left a double impression. This is new information about the country, there is something to think about, the brains have unloaded a little. Vitaliy (the founder of the Wild Tour) was personally the leader of the group on the tour, and everything would be fine if not for a few nuances that created a not very pleasant impression of the Wild Tour.

We used to buy tours in this travel agency and really liked the staff, professional service. Recently we turned again to the travel agency. Dali cont. Vitalina's manager's phone, it's not realistic to get through to her. He never picks up the phone and does not call back. Neither in the afternoon, nor in the morning, nor in the evening. Where are the heads of the company looking? how can such managers work.
