Cruise date: 08/23/2015 - 08/31/2015 on the Pullmantur Horizon Meals on the liner according to the Ultra All Inclusive system - SCAM! We returned from Bulgaria a couple of days ago. The tour was by bus. After receiving the documents, I found out that TO JOIN UP. Do not get upset prematurely. It all started the next morning when we landed. Tourists JOIN UP until the last stood at the Palace of Ukraine metro station, seeing off other tourists who bought tours from a normal TO.
