We returned from Bulgaria a couple of days ago. The tour was by bus. After receiving the documents, I found out that TO JOIN UP. Do not get upset prematurely. It all started the next morning when we landed. Tourists JOIN UP until the last stood at the Palace of Ukraine metro station, seeing off other tourists who bought tours from a normal TO. When our escort finally showed up, it was impossible to get anything from her. →

Firstly, all the excursions that they offer are at least twice as expensive as in the tour desks. When you get on a tour, there are people who bought a tour for $20, while we paid $50 through Tui. On excursions, you have to pay for everything, except for lunch, although all drinks and even water are paid. →
