After reading bad reviews about this travel agency, I began to fear for a spoiled vacation and in vain! Everything was much better than I expected! Maybe we got lucky, I don't know. The tour that we chose was initially canceled due to a shortage of the group (although initially they said that everything would take place). BUT! In return, they offered an option twice as expensive WITHOUT surcharges! that is, for 150 euros per person, we got a tour for 300 euros and did not pay a dime. →

money scam! 340 UAH per person for an excursion to Radomyshl. Info on the website that the entrance to the castle is included in the price of the trip. But upon arrival, we were charged another 50 UAH for the entrance! Sorry, but it turns out that 340 UAH is for the Kyiv-Radomyshl fare (86 km). →

Arrived at the airport for all visa 25 dollars for ANEX TOUR 27, WHY? + don't give change. He gave 55 dollars for two, and they took the change for themselves. The guides are all somehow inadequate. You ask him for something, but until you buy some kind of excursion from him, he will not pay attention to you. Buying excursions from ANEX TOUR is unreasonably overpriced. →

I think that with the last trip all the appeals to this company ended. We went twice, the first to Poland (Zakopane), the second to France (Paris). I advise everyone not to get involved, as the promised turned out to be not true, both in Poland and France.
