Gal Cruise is an incompetent and irresponsible tour operator!!! The package of documents for opening a visa was updated even on the day of departure, about the fact that we were not going we found out already near the bus (by the way, we drove 500 km to the point of departure). I believe that if a person takes money for his services, then he should, at a minimum, explain to the client everything that he is asked about. When consulting in Kyiv and buying a tour, there were no options for rooms in the hotel (1 type of rooms was offered, allegedly the only one in the hotel; in fact, having paid a little extra (already upon arrival at the hotel, there were options much more convenient in terms of location and appearance from the room). 2. When buying a tour in Kyiv, the conditions of additional bonuses included in the cost of the tour did not correspond to the actual offer at the hotel. →
