I think that with the last trip all the appeals to this company ended. We went twice, the first to Poland (Zakopane), the second to France (Paris). I advise everyone not to get involved, as the promised turned out to be not true, both in Poland and France. The bus is not comfortable, the hotels are not comfortable (to put it mildly), especially in Paris. →

But mine did get stuck twice. The first time a bus tour in Zakopane (Poland) in winter to a ski resort left a sad impression on the organizers of the trip. And if it were not for the ski complex itself and its infrastructure, then everything would be even worse. The representative in Kherson named Tatyana, with whom I had to communicate, in my opinion, is not a very professional person in matters of tourism, mainly with the function of collecting money, stories about what you should not expect, as well as the requirements of necessary and unnecessary documents. →

I am writing this review on behalf of a travel agency. Booked a tour to Cyprus for a group of 8 people. Initially, it was very difficult to choose a country for a vacation and a hotel, as there was a budget limit. I did not refrain from writing a review about the Shturman travel agency, as we are extremely grateful for the selected vacation according to our wishes, the opinion of professionals in their field is really very important. To date, the rest has become quite expensive, but still I wanted to change the situation and go to Egypt. Initially, we considered cheap hotels, but Alina managed to convince us by paying a small amount for the best Sea Life hotel, after reading the reviews, we realized that it was worth a try and were not mistaken, we enjoyed the rest a lot, and they entertained us and fed us well and the beach is good, in general everything was great. →

Gal Cruise is an incompetent and irresponsible tour operator!!! The package of documents for opening a visa was updated even on the day of departure, about the fact that we were not going we found out already near the bus (by the way, we drove 500 km to the point of departure).
