I am writing this review on behalf of a travel agency. Booked a tour to Cyprus for a group of 8 people. Initially, it was very difficult to choose a country for a vacation and a hotel, as there was a budget limit. Cyprus was not even considered .. until the curator offered the Golden Bay 5 * hotel at a promotional price (it turned out to be about 250-260 Euro per person with breakfast + dinner for 6 days in early March). →

The first time we booked a hotel through this service, but now we will be their frequent customers. It is quite convenient to search for hotels, and by location, food, and treatment profile. The information about the hotel is presented believable, our hotel "Perlyna Karpat" fully corresponded to the description. Comfortable enough, and most importantly close to the ski lift. →

I did not refrain from writing a review about the Shturman travel agency, as we are extremely grateful for the selected vacation according to our wishes, the opinion of professionals in their field is really very important. To date, the rest has become quite expensive, but still I wanted to change the situation and go to Egypt. Initially, we considered cheap hotels, but Alina managed to convince us by paying a small amount for the best Sea Life hotel, after reading the reviews, we realized that it was worth a try and were not mistaken, we enjoyed the rest a lot, and they entertained us and fed us well and the beach is good, in general everything was great. →

Gal Cruise is an incompetent and irresponsible tour operator!!! The package of documents for opening a visa was updated even on the day of departure, about the fact that we were not going we found out already near the bus (by the way, we drove 500 km to the point of departure). We were traveling in a group, 11 people from the group recognized that the visa was refused, they did not even warn. →

Maxim is inadequate! He has one answer to all questions: "Do not interfere with my work!" It seems like we came in from the street and distract with questions. I believe that if a person takes money for his services, then he should, at a minimum, explain to the client everything that he is asked about. As a result, the refusal of visas, the money was appropriated by Maxim!. →
