I chose a hotel offered by the TUI travel agency, right above the Kura River, and in the evenings I walked there, as if along the embankment in Kyiv - rest is rest, but light nostalgia for my native places remains). →

From the offered we try to choose a budget option of accommodation in private villas, where saving money, we get a homely atmosphere and warmth, and a Christmas dinner complements the feeling of a holiday. →

Don't believe these ordered positive reviews! Kote is a TERRIBLE COMPANY. We went with them to the May holidays this year on the "Daffodil Valley" tour. To begin with, my boyfriend and I got the windows in the bus blurry, defective, nothing could be seen through them, and the trip took 24 hours, i.e. We simply could not see any of the Carpathian Mountains, but Katya, the organizer, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, simply lied, saying that until the air conditioner was turned on, they say they are so muddy. →

We got on the tour by chance - we were going on another tour with another company, but the group did not fill up, and we were offered a replacement with the Galicia tour. This is the worst tour organization I have ever been on. Instead of a bus, a "minibus" type minibus was provided. Our last four seats were located under the ceiling of the car above the trunk. →

We were going on a one-day tour (Buki + Alexandria), the cost was acceptable 159 UAH + 45 UAH entrance tickets. Upon arrival at the metro Palace Ukraine (8.00), the guide, who had to wait, said that the tour was canceled due to a bus breakdown. Therefore, we must call back from the travel agency and offer the same tour on another day or a refund. according to the guide, we were supposed to call back within 30 minutes, but no one called me back until 20. →

vacationed in september 2014. I contacted a girl from this sharashka office named Anastasia Rogova to book a hotel. The amount was discussed, the next day she said that the hotel allegedly raised the cost by 180 per day. We agreed. (booked three rooms at once). But we had to give up one number. (cancellation is free of charge) And before that we have already paid to their account!!! 10% of the total cost, but the amount for the room had to be returned. →

I turned to the Santa Lucia travel agency (Troyeshchina, Miloslavskaya), since I live nearby. The office has a very beautiful interior, unusual and tasteful.
