To be honest, I chose a tour from Kiev "TUI Ukraine" solely because of the price of a vacation in Bodrum :) I don't know if I was lucky or this tour agent really treats all clients like this. First, about the price. My son and I were offered 7 days at the Acacia Hotel, which is located in the first line from the beach, with an impressive discount. On the first of May we flew to Egypt through this agency. This is our second cooperation with the tourism structure, so we were sure that everything would go well. The tour was helped by the same operator girl as the last time, so communication was already much easier. We bought the tour "Slovakia - the gate to the oasis". We wanted to have a good rest in the mountains. They promised a 3 star hotel in the mountains. Got a 1 star hostel in Poprad. It was very cold and damp in the "hotel", there was never anyone at the reception. Our group leader turned off the phone, i.e. it was impossible to get through to anyone. →
