Villa “Xenia”, where we spent several nights, is located in a very beautiful place. The service was very good, the staff tried to fulfill any wishes of customers. But the behavior of the guide and drivers is unprofessional, boorish. →

Hello. With regret, I note that the SANATO Travel Agency (Sanato) deliberately does not post negative reviews on its website - it unsubscribes to an e-mail. And there is something to hide. Was a member of the first this year (from 04/19/15) tour of the Crimean Around the World. For 6 days they managed to poison tourists twice - and both times in a cafe of the Crimean Tatar cuisine, the sanitary conditions of which none of the company representatives bothered to check and try. →

May holidays in Kamyanets-Podilskyi - NIGHTMARE. For such money for 3 days in Ukraine they thought - you can relax. We expected to receive a level of service above average, as a result - economy class. They decided to make good money on tourists. The first and most important thing is, of course, the bus. It's just fear and horror. A city minibus was passing nearby, I looked - there is even more space there. →

Advertising from this company constantly came, the tours were beautifully scheduled, we decided to take a tour in advance for the holidays, 100% prepayment. The manager did not call back to confirm, I myself called every day to find out the details of the trip (meeting point in Lviv, etc.), and each time they promised to send the details by 3 o'clock in the afternoon. →

The company was chosen on the recommendation of friends. The rest was organized perfectly - inexpensively, but at the same time they did not save on what could spoil the rest. The hotel was picked up with a chic territory and a bunch of impudent chipmunks who constantly tried to steal bread from a bag :) We will definitely use the company's services on our next trip. →

We had a great trip to Krakow, despite the reasons that were beyond our control. Didn't depend on us 1. 90% of the tour group members who are late and always dissatisfied with everything. 2. 5 hours of idle time at the border in Krakovets. This is a prank, indeed. 3. The inability of the group leader to show firmness of character and put individual tourists in their place. →

After reading a lot of positive reviews on the Accord Tour website, we decided to make ourselves a present for the May holidays. The head of the group, Nelya Miklosh, is a good, sweet girl, but no more, she doesn’t pull at all for a qualified guide and leader. Passed the border in 6 hours, reached the hotel at night, in the morning transfer to Krakow (500 km), then transfer to Prague (515 km), night transfer to Paris (1012 km). →

On May 11, 2015 we returned from the tour "Valley of the Draws". . . I really liked the tour itself, and excursions, meals, and overnight stays are all organized, there are no questions. . . . Accompanying Vitalik tried, but he was not a guide, but simply an informant on technical issues. . , I do not know whether it should be so. .
