I want to leave a review about the travel agency. We went with her to the tour Vinnytsia-Uman-Medzhibizh on May 23-24. The tour itself is worth a look, but the organization of the tour is awful !! It seems that the accompanying person, whose services were included in the cost of the tour, did not understand their responsibilities. During the two days of the tour I did not understand her role in this trip (everyone bought entrance tickets separately, lunch was not organized, time was not used rationally). →

I recommend, they give truthful information about hotels, they won’t send you somewhere for the sake of profit, they will dissuade you from the hotel if it’s really not worth it, they will take into account all wishes, make discounts. Treat people the way you want them to treat you - the right approach to customers . →

“Could it really be better?” we thought as we left the AOE. Traditionally, we purchased a tour to this amazing country from the Mandruy Cheaper company. This is the third vacation that the guys from this company organize for us. And every time it is always a service at a high professional level, goodwill and culture in communication, efficiency and clarity in the selection of a tour and the ability to choose just such a tour that would best suit the wishes of the client. →

A couple of questions! the first most important thing is that at check-in at the airport they found out that it turns out that if your passport runs out in 5 months, then they won’t let you into Egypt. and the second is that the guide named Ahmed spoke politely only to those who take excursions from him. There were 8 of us, and he twisted his face like that when he found out that we weren’t eating, and didn’t answer more than one of our questions, he just stupidly turned his face aside, and that's it! Sorry, but this is more than disgusting !!!. →

The company offered an interesting tour "Natural wonders of Podillia + Kamenetz-Podolsk". Very professional and knowledgeable guide. Villa “Xenia”, where we spent several nights, is located in a very beautiful place. The service was very good, the staff tried to fulfill any wishes of customers. But the behavior of the guide and drivers is unprofessional, boorish. →

Hello. With regret, I note that the SANATO Travel Agency (Sanato) deliberately does not post negative reviews on its website - it unsubscribes to an e-mail. And there is something to hide. Was a member of the first this year (from 04/19/15) tour of the Crimean Around the World. For 6 days they managed to poison tourists twice - and both times in a cafe of the Crimean Tatar cuisine, the sanitary conditions of which none of the company representatives bothered to check and try. →

May holidays in Kamyanets-Podilskyi - NIGHTMARE. For such money for 3 days in Ukraine they thought - you can relax. We expected to receive a level of service above average, as a result - economy class. They decided to make good money on tourists. The first and most important thing is, of course, the bus. It's just fear and horror. A city minibus was passing nearby, I looked - there is even more space there. →

In December, I paid for the proposed tour. The contract was not provided to me, referring to the fact that it would be provided later, along with the documents for departure. →

Advertising from this company constantly came, the tours were beautifully scheduled, we decided to take a tour in advance for the holidays, 100% prepayment. The manager did not call back to confirm, I myself called every day to find out the details of the trip (meeting point in Lviv, etc.), and each time they promised to send the details by 3 o'clock in the afternoon. →

The company was chosen on the recommendation of friends. The rest was organized perfectly - inexpensively, but at the same time they did not save on what could spoil the rest. The hotel was picked up with a chic territory and a bunch of impudent chipmunks who constantly tried to steal bread from a bag :) We will definitely use the company's services on our next trip. →
