The validity of the old passport was expiring, and therefore it was necessary to make a new one (so far, a regular one, not a biometric one). Looking into the nearest OVIR to my work, I was horrified by the huge queues, cramped rooms, disgruntled employees and zero service. Friends advised me to contact the Business Visit company, they said that everything would be done here quickly, without problems and at an adequate price. →

It's nice when you turn to a travel company and they explain everything to you sensibly, managers have traveled half the world and try to make us, ordinary tourists))) have a great vacation. They decided to choose a tour to Prague, to see how the magnolias bloom, and of course for May) they were going to buy the most inexpensive hotel on the outskirts of the city in order to spend the maximum on excursions. →

Perhaps I will recommend. Feel free to contact if the vacation suddenly "falls on your head." I don’t know how it is in other offices, but in the city of Lutsk, the guys know their business. No one "sucked in" sightseeing tours for us. I came with a clear goal - 10 days in the cities of my beloved Italy. Venice, Florence, Milan and Rome were planned. →

I ordered a ticket to the Park Inn by Radisson Sharm El Sheikh Resort 4 hotel through this company in the fall of 2013. Impressions are only positive. I really liked the approach of the employees to work. I told them exactly what criteria of the hotel are most important for me (a large green area, three meals a day with free alcohol, a reef on the territory of the hotel, the presence of a developed infrastructure in the hotel, etc. →

I, Sergey Kostin, ( [email protected] ) want to tell the truth about the tourist product of the Sanato company from Sevastopol "Crimean Around the World". The Sanato firm is acting in bad faith by removing all negative and negative reviews of its work from its website. One gets the impression that the administrators of this site write laudatory reviews for themselves and post them on the site, thereby deceiving gullible tourists. →

The company Miro-Line Tour is located in Zhytomyr. There is a representative office in Kyiv. 06/27/2014 at 21:30 we left Kyiv for Zatoka for 3 days. Previously sent an agreement and a route Zhytomyr-Kyiv-Zatoka-Kyiv-Zhytomyr. 07/24/2014 they called and said that the route had changed Kyiv-Zhytomyr-Zatoka-Zhytomyr-Kyiv. There was no time to change the travel agency. →

I want to leave a review about the travel agency. We went with her to the tour Vinnytsia-Uman-Medzhibizh on May 23-24. The tour itself is worth a look, but the organization of the tour is awful !! It seems that the accompanying person, whose services were included in the cost of the tour, did not understand their responsibilities. During the two days of the tour I did not understand her role in this trip (everyone bought entrance tickets separately, lunch was not organized, time was not used rationally). →

I recommend, they give truthful information about hotels, they won’t send you somewhere for the sake of profit, they will dissuade you from the hotel if it’s really not worth it, they will take into account all wishes, make discounts. Treat people the way you want them to treat you - the right approach to customers . →

“Could it really be better?” we thought as we left the AOE. Traditionally, we purchased a tour to this amazing country from the Mandruy Cheaper company. This is the third vacation that the guys from this company organize for us. And every time it is always a service at a high professional level, goodwill and culture in communication, efficiency and clarity in the selection of a tour and the ability to choose just such a tour that would best suit the wishes of the client. →

A couple of questions! the first most important thing is that at check-in at the airport they found out that it turns out that if your passport runs out in 5 months, then they won’t let you into Egypt. and the second is that the guide named Ahmed spoke politely only to those who take excursions from him. There were 8 of us, and he twisted his face like that when he found out that we weren’t eating, and didn’t answer more than one of our questions, he just stupidly turned his face aside, and that's it! Sorry, but this is more than disgusting !!!. →
