This is my third time choosing this tour company. The trip to Poland on October 17-20, 2014 turned out to be excellent. I liked almost everything - the tour program, the group leader Anna Kiyan, the guides - Lizhbeta in Wroclaw and Maria in Krakow, polite drivers, excellent accommodation, varied food. There were minor flaws, but they are easily fixed (not the best selection of music and movies, lack of mesh on the chair). →

We took a cruise from Barcelona on the Mediterranean in June 2014. We paid for an inner cabin, the most inexpensive one, but a suite with a balcony fell out!) Manager Oksana explained everything well and helped to deal with org issues (for the first time on a cruise), with the choice of an inexpensive tour, but the ship was simply gorgeous - Costa Serena (there is information about it on the net). →

Traveled with them 2 times to Bulgaria 1 time Golden Sands by bus 2012 2 times by plane Burgas Sunny Beach 2014 Everything went without a hitch)))) we were met, brought to the hotel, settled, given a guide, everything was told to the smallest detail. We went on a tour "Weekend in Germany". The tour is good, the hotel in Berlin is good, but. Unfortunately, WiFi was paid in it. The group leader had no idea about the Tropical Islands Water Park, the trip to which was announced in the program. She herself was not there, but she made anti-advertising, saying that naked old Germans go there and she does not recommend anyone to go there. →
