We took a cruise from Barcelona on the Mediterranean in June 2014. We paid for an inner cabin, the most inexpensive one, but a suite with a balcony fell out!) Manager Oksana explained everything well and helped to deal with org issues (for the first time on a cruise), with the choice of an inexpensive tour, but the ship was simply gorgeous - Costa Serena (there is information about it on the net). →

We went on a tour "Weekend in Germany". The tour is good, the hotel in Berlin is good, but. Unfortunately, WiFi was paid in it. The group leader had no idea about the Tropical Islands Water Park, the trip to which was announced in the program. She herself was not there, but she made anti-advertising, saying that naked old Germans go there and she does not recommend anyone to go there. →
