Good day to all. I want to write right away that due to the ugly attitude of those responsible for booking, I never got to the sanatorium "Border Guard", despite the fact that I spent 3 days trying to get a voucher for the sanatorium. Online booking - one-way communication, sent an application and forgot, you are unlikely to receive an answer. Phones (I’ll write right away so that the country knows its heroes +7 978 716-16-63, +7 978 716-09-74), however, they answer. →

This is my third time choosing this tour company. The trip to Poland on October 17-20, 2014 turned out to be excellent. I liked almost everything - the tour program, the group leader Anna Kiyan, the guides - Lizhbeta in Wroclaw and Maria in Krakow, polite drivers, excellent accommodation, varied food. There were minor flaws, but they are easily fixed (not the best selection of music and movies, lack of mesh on the chair). →

I am very grateful to the Tourmaline travel agency for their high professionalism! First time traveling with this tour company and was pleasantly surprised. Quickly, efficiently, reliably issued a visa with a minimum number of documents and without personal presence! I am very pleased with the attentiveness, courtesy and professionalism of the staff. →

Once again, I want to thank Elena Bukhtiyarova for a perfectly matched vacation! Thank you very much! This is not the first time I have contacted Tourmaline, and I am constantly pleasantly surprised by the approach to the client and the choice of the tour! This time we visited the Kilikya Resort Camyuva 5 *. The location of the hotel is impressive. Great view: mountains, sea. →

We took a cruise from Barcelona on the Mediterranean in June 2014. We paid for an inner cabin, the most inexpensive one, but a suite with a balcony fell out!) Manager Oksana explained everything well and helped to deal with org issues (for the first time on a cruise), with the choice of an inexpensive tour, but the ship was simply gorgeous - Costa Serena (there is information about it on the net). →

We chose this company because We've been with them for 3 years now. Once advised by our good friend (for which special thanks to her), since then we have been friends with "World Standards" The girls in the office are amazing as always! Having found out what, where and for what money we want, we were quickly issued a prescription for treatment from work, namely rest in Turkey. →

It's nice to deal with professionals and very sincere people. For the 3rd time I use the services of Arriva and each time I am convinced that I was not mistaken, they are ready to help solve any problem, an accident happened and it was necessary to postpone the trip in a short time, the guys showed professionalism and humanity. Many thanks to you Vladimir and all your team, success and prosperity!!!. →

We chose on the advice of several friends, a flexible system of discounts, managers are often very busy, but they always call back. We often fly abroad, we are not going to change the travel agency. →
