We ordered a tour to Prague from 05/30/14 to 06/3/14 through Aliyev's travel agency. Found on the internet based on reviews. Before that, we traveled with other operators - but the Aliyevs are the best! Everything was done quickly and efficiently! I liked the Best Western Hotel Pav, excursions, transfer - everything is fine! The only thing was that they did not immediately find it at the airport - but everything ended fine! ALIEV, thank you for the rest! We'll definitely be back for Christmas!. →

During the promised tour "You, me and Paris", which was to last 6 days, there were only 5. This happened due to the problems of the tour operator when opening a visa. A group of about 50 people, only half went on a trip, the rest were deprived of waiting for their visas in Lviv. Strengthening us to a hotel (which had no heating, hot water and breakfast - although according to the tour program we had to spend the night in a hotel in Poland which had 3 stars and breakfast). →

We had a very good rest in the Carpathians thanks to this travel agency. The tour was in Transcarpathia, with. Glade. It was 50% off. Of course, I expected that since such a price, then the conditions would be appropriate. In fact, everything was great. The hotel is good, clean and comfortable. The room has everything you need. Food for 5+. Huge portions, I didn't even finish my meal. →

08/23/14 returned from a trip to Prague with surprised prices for additional excursions. Neither the Kiev office, nor the guide Igor himself could explain to us why, for example, an excursion to the caves of the Moravian Karst, which costs less than 10 euros (if we ourselves went in and bought a ticket with a guide) cost us 25 euros, and, for example, a check-in to Vienna, which was supposed to be free, unexpectedly cost 10 euros, either a tourist tax or payment for a "mandatory?" excursion. →

It's been over a year since returning home from the Magnificent Spain tour. I didn’t write right away so as not to swear too much. But I want to note that this is the worst trip of all, and my wife and I almost ran out of passports. Upon arrival at the hotel, we immediately realized that we were scammed. The hotel was terrible, instead of 4 *, settled in 2 *. it was evening and there were no representatives of the company there. In the morning, the guide said that the hotel has a purchased certificate for 4 * and they will not relocate. And solve all issues in Ukraine. After 5 hours of scandal (and we were 14 people), they began to threaten the police, saying that we are scaring all the vacationers (and these are only poor Turks who have nowhere to live). →

Travel agency chose because of the reviews on the same site. True, at first I was alarmed by the rating of 10 out of 10, but as it turned out, the guys really work well! Arrived at the office at 4:00 pm. Since, when searching for a tour, I was "sharpened" for a last-minute ticket, they even found me a very last-minute one - departure tomorrow at 6 am! We managed with the documents in an hour (I liked it very much that I didn’t have to leave my foreign passport, and also later meet separately with a company representative at the airport). →

Thanks to Natalya Vasilievna for a well-spent vacation in Egypt at Sunrise Royal Makadi Resort 20-27.09.2014. My wife and I were satisfied with everything, especially the SEA (for all tastes and ages). I walked around the beaches of 3 hotels on the right and left, compared to the Sunrise Royal Makadi Resort beach - everyone is "resting". Nearby are hotels with a beautiful area, with good architecture, but the beaches are 3 points, and in Sunrise 5 +++ !!! I liked the fact that Natalia (the director of Robinson) did not try to sell the tour, but offered hotels in which she was personally or well aware of them, according to our specific needs and financial capabilities. →
