Thanks to the patient and responsible employee of News Travel. The task was not easy. Looking for: -c ALL (four of us, all lazy); -beach - less people, more shade, sand; -large swimming pool; -good food (reviewed a lot of reviews); - the number of rooms in the hotel 500-700 (so as not to be bored, but also without fanaticism); - Possibility of independent excursions; -more or less secluded hotel (for my husband and me), not far from youth parties (for children - 15, 23 years old). →

This year I bought the "Relax in Transcarpathian" tour. The hotel conditions are good. Well thought out tour. But the escort, it’s not at all clear what she was doing there, didn’t explain anything, the only thing she collected was money for entrance tickets. My request to the organizers is to send normal, responsible people on trips. →

The "Tale of the East" tour was canceled due to the group's non-recruitment. She refused alternatives and asked for a refund. With the return of funds - there is a separate story. Constantly busy accounting, the question of the exact date - a constant answer in the near future. I will not travel with this company anymore. →

My husband and I chose a honeymoon tour "Dreaming about it... Amsterdam! Brussels! Paris!". Everything went well, collected all the necessary documents according to all the rules. booked a tour 2 months in advance through a branch of this agency (booked on 08/07/2011). →

I want to advise everyone from the bottom of my heart - never use the services of Aerotravel. The organization is the most terrible of all that I have ever met !!! A terribly unplanned route, a mediocre group leader and saving on tourists in the form of a double-decker bus with more than 70 tourists, due to which the trip stretched for 10 hours more! !!! Absolutely the whole bus was in shock. →

At first, I was worried that the operator was not familiar to me, but I was also worried about the wave of bankruptcies. But the operator was reliable. Everything was on time, buses, drivers, escorts, came to the minute. Similarly, UIA (their charter) worked well. So the holiday was a success. →

We bought a tour from "JOIN UP!", host "Le Grand Travel Elements" for 7 days. Before checking into the hotel, everything went fine, met, escorted to the hotel. But. . . the guide did not take us to the hotel, wished us a pleasant stay and quickly left.
