Hello everyone, I want to leave my feedback about the work of the INSKY Tour Company and the amazing manager Alena Sitnikova. Alyonochka will always prompt and help everything, a very competent, responsive manager and just a good person :) We, like all non-professional tourists, have a lot of questions about the upcoming tour: how it will be organized, and what questions we may face there, and so , Alena consulted us to the smallest detail, and prepared us for the trip like her children :) , with care for the comfort of our vacation, thank you for such an attitude! If you do not know where it would be better for you to go - feel free to contact INSKY Firm - managers will no doubt select a tour that suits you! We went on two tours and they were clearly chosen - both in terms of finances and impressions, we were very pleased. →

The "Tale of the East" tour was canceled due to the group's non-recruitment. She refused alternatives and asked for a refund. With the return of funds - there is a separate story. Constantly busy accounting, the question of the exact date - a constant answer in the near future. I will not travel with this company anymore. →

Good afternoon. After the events that happened in 2011 after my wedding (with my honeymoon), I will never contact Accord Tour again and do not advise others. My husband and I chose a honeymoon tour "Dreaming about it... Amsterdam! Brussels! Paris!". Everything went well, collected all the necessary documents according to all the rules. booked a tour 2 months in advance through a branch of this agency (booked on 08/07/2011). →

I want to advise everyone from the bottom of my heart - never use the services of Aerotravel. The organization is the most terrible of all that I have ever met !!! A terribly unplanned route, a mediocre group leader and saving on tourists in the form of a double-decker bus with more than 70 tourists, due to which the trip stretched for 10 hours more! !!! Absolutely the whole bus was in shock. →

At first, I was worried that the operator was not familiar to me, but I was also worried about the wave of bankruptcies. But the operator was reliable. Everything was on time, buses, drivers, escorts, came to the minute. Similarly, UIA (their charter) worked well. So the holiday was a success. →

Even already during the trip, they tried to help us with accommodation in Lviv. We bought a tour from "JOIN UP!", host "Le Grand Travel Elements" for 7 days. Before checking into the hotel, everything went fine, met, escorted to the hotel. But. . . the guide did not take us to the hotel, wished us a pleasant stay and quickly left. This did not alert me, because nothing bad had happened to us before this trip (we traveled with other operators). →

We returned from Marmaris on 08/23/2014. Went with a small group. A sea of impressions, a storm of emotions from the rest. Many thanks to Ira - I picked up what I needed. We quickly received confirmation of the hotel reservation, as well as documents for departure. There is a lot of entertainment in Maramaris, for every taste - from ordinary discos to quiet gatherings with live music in a restaurant. →
