We got to the agency by accident, we just went in - they have an office in the city center. Basically convenient. In general, in the end, we didn’t even have time to come to the office to process documents and pay money, so the manager came to us with everything we needed, and we arranged everything on our territory :) As a result, we went without any extra stress and cool rested, the sea is super in general!. →

We bought a tour from Elena, Mrs. Slavutich. At first they lay softly, everyone smiled, Elena was advised by a friend. Firstly, the tour was bought a month in advance, since Elena said that closer to the departure date it would be more expensive (we went for the first time). Upon arrival, it turned out that our hotel was not booked and we were sent 200 km from Hurghada! The guides were rude and did not answer questions. →

We bought a tour, a vacation in Turkey, Side, the Sueno Hotel. Representatives of the Tez-tour at the hotel "sucked in", there is no other way to say it, a VIP tour of ancient Side. "VIP" ended up in a poorly air-conditioned minibus, they also took a jewelry store .... this is "VIP" ... horror. Representatives of the operator took the money with pleasure, but we have been waiting for a response to the complaint for the third day . →

Hello to all those who read my comment! Now, without being too lazy, I will describe what attitude the company "Delta Travel" has towards those who want to go on vacation with this scam!!! And so, I went on a tour of Europe from June 20 to June 26, 2014 (Rendezvous with a taste of chocolate). I will list only the main negative points: 1. The trip did not start at the border, but with a visit to the airport in Lviv to pick up some holiday visas, we lost 4 hours, this is our excursion time, because, according to the norms, drivers need to rest for 8 hours according to the rules. →

We used the services of the Ethnotour tour operator, namely, we ordered the excursion tour "Transcarpathian fairy tale: vats, castles and wine. I cannot fail to note the positive aspects of the trip: a good bus, a safe transfer, a good hotel, two delicious breakfasts, an attentive accompanying group, an interesting guide, unusual bathing in vats, stops after 2-3 hours. →

For the second year in a row, we travel with friends to Egypt with BrightLife. This year we rested from June 15 to June 25 in Hurghada at the Premium Grand Horizon Resort 4 *. A very nice girl Anastasia helped us find a tour that suited us for all our requests. Despite the fact that we are not from Kyiv, this did not prevent the selection of the tour. →
