Returned from Bulgaria from 8 to 9 August 2014. I have never traveled so disgustingly before (I have traveled to Bulgaria with my family many times). "The customer is always right" is not for News Travel. For News Travel, customers are rubbish to be taken lightly. You can judge a tour operator by its employees. Hotel guide Maria +216-99777548 is negligent in her work. We booked a tour to the Sahara, so they forgot to pick us up from the hotel in the morning. We went on the second day (that is, it was necessary to wake up again at 4 am), also with a reproach from our guide. Promised to arrange for an early breakfast before leaving - did not agree. →

When choosing a tour of Budapest and Vienna - attracted by the price. At first I was worried that at such a budget price, the tour could be problematic. But after visiting the office, talking to the manager Oksana, who told everything in detail and assured of a good rest, told what tours, what hotel and bus will be - it became a little calmer and it was decided to book a tour. →

HORRIBLE! The stated conditions did not correspond to reality. We traveled with children who hoped for entertainment, which was discussed two months before the trip. As a result, we lived in a hotel for pensioners. The vouchers themselves were handed over 6 hours before departure. Transport and place of rest were completely different from those specified in the contract. →

First of all, I want to praise the very idea of combining a sightseeing tour with a vacation at sea: the road seems not so long and difficult if it is interspersed with interesting excursions, and a beach holiday does not allow you to completely turn into "seals", interspersed with interesting trips and new knowledge. I can rate the work of Selena-tour in organizing the trip as "excellent": the bus was always on time, new, clean, tidy, the drivers were just great, professionals in their field, polite and always accurate, sanitary stops were made on time and without humiliation and begging (as sometimes happens), the borders passed quickly, without delay, all the declared excursions were carried out in full, on time and at a good level. →

Instead of Hurghada, the Makadi Beach Hotel was taken 200 km away to some wilderness, they lied about force majeure, promising compensation in the form of a boat trip. The next day, people took a taxi, went to Makadi and it turned out that no one even booked anything in their names. Moreover, there is no attitude towards people. Today they said that there would be no more walks. →

I really liked that they immediately offered what I needed! We chose an inexpensive tour, a youth vacation. They offered Gumbet, and it was exactly that! We are 100% satisfied! Thanks to Xenia and the Manzana agency! I'll explain why: 1) the location of the hotel - the very center, all the clubs are 50m from the hotel! 2) the food is the best in the region, the guide immediately told us this, despite the fact that the hotel was 4 * (we were in Club Shark) 3) in Mansan they gave excellent recommendations on what to see and where to go, so we didn’t even use the services of guides, but went everywhere on our own 4) the beach was incredibly huge, and most importantly, on any beach, in front of any hotel, all sunbeds and umbrellas are free! We really enjoyed our holiday! Thanks again! ps we are already choosing a vacation for the fall and, of course, Mansana is already helping us with this! Thanks!. →

I decided to contact this travel agency myself, only because it is a Bulgarian company. I was fine with the original price. But the one who wants cheaper plots more expensive. Living in Kyiv, I decided to apply in Chernivtsi, it was the first mistake and the last. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't use this company. Not correct, not accurate, not educated. →

Tour company POZITIV is a reliable and convenient company. Located in the center of the city. We went with POZITIV to Turkey (Antalya). Everything was excellently organised. All documents were properly completed. We, as tourists, were presented by the excellent manager Yanina on a trip to this country, from information on the currency to excursions. →
