The hotel was located in the city of Ede which is at a distance of 80 km from Amsterdam, although under the conditions in Kyiv it was promised a stay of two days in Amsterdam and a settlement there 2. On the way back, instead of a hotel with at least 3 stars (as promised), they settled in a terrible HOSTEL. 3. The excursion to Krakow planned under the contract was canceled for a reason, I quote: "If we stop by Krakow, then they say we will stand at customs for a very long time, because there will be many buses," but in fact the guide apparently just hurried home to Lviv to celebrate Easter . →

Everything is fine, BUT - drivers play an important role in a tedious trip! We went there, as planned, exactly a day, and back - oh horror, for 5 !!! hours longer and this is the fault of the Bulgarian drivers, who rarely turned on the climate control in the heat of 33 degrees and even drove no more than 80 km / h on the not bad roads of Bulgaria and Romania. →

This year I decided to go on this tour. In fact, I really liked it, because 2in1 turned out really interesting and profitable. The Adriatic coast impressed with its purity. however, these are all trifles, because in such a vacation the main thing is the purpose with which you came: to relax at SEA. As for excursions, I advise you to visit Venice. and Budapest, I can say the following: if we still had relatively enough time in the Austrian capital, there was clearly not enough time in Budapest, I would even say catastrophically little. →

Were on the tour “Weekend in the Carpathians. Hoverla, Solotvyno, Yaremche...» There are no words of admiration... Such beauty... Words cannot describe... You just need to see it with your own eyes. We contacted the office, which is on the street. Sadovaya. Booked a room with air conditioning - on arrival was without air conditioning; until the last moment, they didn’t know what was happening with visas and where our passports were in particular (the operator Olga was hanging noodles on our ears - either the visas were not ready, or the passports had not yet reached Chernivtsi); when and where the bus will leave from (and even before boarding it turned out that we were incorrectly indicated in the travel agency the brand of the bus we were supposed to go with - the trip almost fell apart); after returning home, they contacted the director of "Mavidi" - Svetlana Vasilevna - but instead of an apology and compensation for the unsold service (the missing air conditioner due to the fault of the travel agency - they forgot to put a note about the air conditioner in the apartment type) they received an insulting tone in the forehead with comments like "they are to blame, your problems and in general, you should still be grateful that we didn’t scam you, as other travel agencies do" (I write the last phrase verbatim) and sending to hell, after which this person just hung up the phone . →

For a long time they chose where to go to relax with good conditions and accidentally saw an advertisement for "4 seasons", a Chernomorsky mini hotel in Zatoka. We came to the agency, immediately told and showed everything, friendly staff, we liked everything very much and without hesitation we decided to book a room. I ordered a room in Skalny in Artek through this so-called company. The room was never booked, but the money was paid, 6500 rubles. The so-called Svetlana, and then Ekaterina, sent me a pseudo-voucher for a settlement, but when I called Skalny, they had never heard of us, let alone such a company. It is not Svetlana, not Ekaterina, not their director or the owner of this company that is thinking about returning the money. →
