Celebrated the New Year 2019 in Lviv. The group was accompanied by a retired old man. The guide in Lviv is the same. Both the drivers and the escort did not know the road. I was quickly picked up a Caribbean cruise for 2 weeks, a family of 4 rested. The staff is polite and know their stuff. They also helped us with a US visa. Paid for a package for the selection of tours for 2 years. The site does not have up-to-date information about hotels. When you select a tour and pay for it, in 50% of cases it comes that the data is not relevant, or there are no places, or pay extra for the tour because the price has changed. The biggest disappointment from ADVANT is that you paid for using the package, but you can’t use it, for example, buy a tour with a departure in a week due to the pandemic. →

I can say that director Irina is a competent specialist and a very positive person in communication. She listened to our wishes and suggested a new hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, Albatros Palac. Friends advised us another hotel, but it was more expensive and we trusted Irina and did not regret it at all. →
