We flew on 07/13/2020 on vacation to Kemer for 6 nights. RESIDENCE RIVERO HOTEL 4*, host of Odeon Tours. Terrible customer service from the host! For the first time I bought a tour through Let's go with us from the Join up tour operator, and flew with the Sky up airline. The tour operator manipulates his tourists as he wants. Instead of purchased tours, they are taken to "their" hotels, they lie that the hotels where the tour was purchased are closed. I personally went to my originally purchased hotel and it was open and there were enough tourists there and all the certificates were available, moreover, they told me that my tour to them was rebooked to another hotel (without my participation !!!). →
