We used the services of Laspi more than once, this year we had a great rest in the Carpathians - thank you!!! How wonderful to have a vacation and our native Carpathians with magnificent nature, since it was simply impossible to be in Kyiv. I am very surprised that there are such bad reviews about Laspi, I think that competent specialists work in the company, they always recommend the hotel and the flight very successfully, everything is very clear and well-coordinated. →

Why exactly in this travel agency ... because in the previous one I was told that they do not work with teztour. There were no problems here. Managers (Alime and Natalia) are great, they picked everything up, advised good options for recreation, offered tea and coffee. Well ... in general, everything is just super, there are not even words. Well done girls, they arranged everything quickly without any problems and questions. →

I travel a lot, but I have never encountered such service in any country in the world. Three times I contacted representatives of the host company in the Emirates in Dubai - Al Khalidian Tourism - and all three times were unsuccessful for me. When meeting at the airport, we waited for about an hour, first to be loaded onto the bus, and then the driver, who left for prayer. →

“ Irina is nice, open, honest. Excursions are interesting and not expensive. Everything is super! ” We were in Egypt in mid-December 2013. We are very glad that we met Irina. We took 4 excursions from her, left an advance payment, went on all the excursions without problems, were satisfied. The guides speak Russian quite tolerably. All trips were interesting. →

Since 2005 we have been buying vouchers only in this travel agency. I can't say anything other than a big thank you. We are unpredictable and peculiar tourists - you can dedicate songs and poems to the patience of girls :-) I recommend it to everyone. →
