We decided to go skiing on Christmas holidays, I was looking for a long time, but only the company "Gallop across Europe" helped. The girls from the travel agency suggested a tour of the TUI operator to a resort in Selden, we were quickly opened a visa. Everything was organized, I want to note that these were holidays and many companies simply did not want to help with visas (we woke up late and there was little time to open visas) and the girls from "Gallop across Europe" are great and hardworking, love their job, appreciate everyone customer and always ready to help. →

We bought a tour to GOA, chose it according to the principle "closer to home" :) We talked with the manager Oksana - an adequate manager who quickly responds to all requests. The tour was successful, without excesses, so I can not assess how the company copes with the "problems". What is nice - the tour was cheaper than other famous companies, and for some hotels the manager had his own real idea, that is, he could advise something sensible, because he saw them with his own eyes. →

We used the services of Laspi more than once, this year we had a great rest in the Carpathians - thank you!!! How wonderful to have a vacation and our native Carpathians with magnificent nature, since it was simply impossible to be in Kyiv. I am very surprised that there are such bad reviews about Laspi, I think that competent specialists work in the company, they always recommend the hotel and the flight very successfully, everything is very clear and well-coordinated. →

Why exactly in this travel agency ... because in the previous one I was told that they do not work with teztour. There were no problems here. Managers (Alime and Natalia) are great, they picked everything up, advised good options for recreation, offered tea and coffee. Well ... in general, everything is just super, there are not even words. Well done girls, they arranged everything quickly without any problems and questions. →
