We go to the Czech Republic every year, but the Aliyevs traveled through the travel agency for the first time, they learned about them from their husband's relatives. They flew to Prague. We compared the prices that our travel agency gave us (we traveled through them 3 times already) and the prices of the Aliyevs. What can I say, it's scary to imagine how much we overpaid for those 3 times. →

My husband instructed me to take care of the issue of family vacations abroad for the May weekend. I turned to ukrgeo - we were all in shock. To put it mildly, disappointed. It was our first vacation abroad. After this trip, my husband no longer dares to trust me with tour ag (unfortunately)!!! Yes, of course, we didn’t have much money (for a family of 4 people - up to about 3 thousand USD,) but still I think that this is not the amount to spend the night not in the promised luxury hotel, but as it turned out on site a family hostel with cockroaches and bedbugs in mattresses. →

A very bad company. To begin with, I signed up for their mailing list in classmates. They constantly show discounts on last-minute tours. I called 4 times. They sent me somewhere all the time, and each time they promised to call me back. They either don't have these tours or they breed. Lies and rudeness, inflated prices, impudent divorce - this is the real face of this HAPPY Columbus travel agency. →

We went through JOIN UP for the first time, after reading the reviews it was scary, but it turned out the opposite, they met us very well, I didn’t see the difference between JOIN UP and other tour operators (we didn’t go for the first time) the same guides with JOIN UP signs, there were also buses (there was no wifi on the bus). Our guide, Karim, was at the hotel Every day, morning and evening, he spoke perfect Russian. →
