We were led by the manager of the operator - Evgenia Doroshek (by the way, then she became the director). At first, everything was rosy and competent, our manager in the person of Evgenia patiently answered all even the simplest questions. To our question about penalties SPECIFICALLY for our cruise, we received a SPECIFIC answer with the date of cancellation of the tour without penalties. →

This travel agency was recommended to me by a friend who has been traveling from them for 6 years in a row. The guys picked up a hotel, advised a flight so that they could fly away in the morning and return to Kharkiv in the evening without losing time to rest. rested in Golden Fife in Hurghada. although at first I thought about a 4-star hotel. We bought a tour in the tourist company “Fortuna”, the manager helped us decide on the program of the tour, because the tours were rich and the prices were different and we could not come to a single decision with a person. The tour of the one we booked was not confirmed to us, because the number of people needed was not gathered, but they suggested an alternative to us, as it turned out to be even shorter, because there were more days and more countries, and we were already taken aback, that’s all for us they didn’t ask to pay extra, to the one that the tour was more expensive than the one we booked. →

I contacted the travel agency for the first time, so I was very worried, I heard negative reviews about Join Apa as a tour operator, but this agency, by the way, works with all tour operators. Provides a nice discount whenever possible! I still went from the tour operator Join Up (because of the price). The manager girl was very pleasant, adequately and rationally advised the hotel, found it on the map and we figured out exactly its location in Sharm el-Sheikh, called the tour operator for my whims to find out various little things in the hotel. →
