Manager Evgeny Zimin offered to stay at the Palazzo, besides, we were given the opportunity to check in early at 7 am and did not have to pay anything extra, and this turned out to be a nice addition to the tour. Comfortable transport and especially I want to note - a very competent woman guide Lyudmila Viktorovna, special thanks to her for interesting 2 days of excursions in Poltava and its environs. →

Booked a tour to Bulgaria in September. Terrible organization. We waited for the bus for 3 hours before leaving. Outside where there was nowhere to sit. You can’t leave the place of departure for the toilet or for water, because a bus could arrive at any moment. When asked to give an intelligible answer, what is happening, why we are delayed and when the departure will be difficult to receive an answer. →

The hotel has a good spa, large swimming pool, nice staff. The only thing I didn’t really like was that the free ski bus didn’t go to the mountains often, but since everything is close enough, you can get there on foot. →
