There are practically no comments to the tour operator, the only thing is that our "mother" from the tour operator Altanay did not like it at the hotel. She provided all the information in a favorable light for her, and not for a tourist. My family are regular customers of the company, they have repeatedly booked tours with them in different directions over the past 3 years, from different operators - there have never been any problems. Prices are always lower than others, they work every day (I don’t know how in other cities, but in Donetsk it seems no one else works on Sunday), everything is very qualified and efficient, you can pay for the tour through Privat24 and not run headlong to the office, until the flight is closed. →
